My lawyer and I are currently looking at different mortgage rates to see which ones would give me and my family a good deal with regards to buying a new house. I have been planning for a long time to move in to a bigger and better house for quite some time now because I think our current house could not hold us any longer. With the addition of some pets, as well as my niece moving with us, I think it would just be sensible to look for a bigger place. My wife told me that the current house is just fine, but I think it would not be enough to house all of us, since my niece is just currently sleeping in the living room with a portable mattress. I don’t like her being there because the dog always lies there in the morning, and I think it would not be fair for her if she just continue sleeping in the living room, without any permanent room to put her stuff in. Anyway, I think we are in the good track right now because I was able to find some nice houses that we could take. We just need to find the best deal before I start signing some dotted lines.
